I've been a business consultant for over 30 years specializing in Change Management, Organizational Development, M&A Integration, and large scale transformation through technology.   I have a bachelors degree in business, finance and economics and a masters degree in marketing.   Recovering millions of dollars on my first government contract, assembling my first IPO deal book, playing head of change management, facilitating cross-functional team alignment, and managing systems rationalization, data mapping, and go-live cutover for what was the largest bank merger in American history at the time, all by age 22, my career has provided rich experiences for learning, teaching, and sharing business insights and leading change and transformation. (which you can purchase here now using my affiliate link) published in 2008 described the flourishing business pioneering a feminine approach to building a business and creating wealth, stayed on the women in business bestseller list for more than 25 weeks.  Since then I have continued to develop as a business consultant by taking on challenging new jobs, assignments, and clients and continuing to develop my skills and abilities through exposure to and practice of techniques and methodologies that work and ways of thinking and behaving for optimizing human potential.  

I relocated to Silicon Valley, hired by the world’s most innovative and peculiar international company conglomerate, to integrate their most strategic, globally and societally impactful subsidiaries, mergers and acquisitions, I got to learn even more. Starting 2 levels from the founder, I spent 7 years leading, studying, building and operating businesses in global supply chain, devices, software, hardware, grocery and corporate finance, leading teams of data scientists, engineers, and finance professionals to innovate using ML, LLMs, and AI, and broadened my understanding of everything.

Along the way I rediscovered breathwork, which had healed me from trauma 20 years prior, this time learning The Metamorphosis Method and Rebirthing through the practice of conscious connected breathing, I began to get to the root of my blocks and self imposed limitations and healing at a deep and profound level, experienced mind blowing and life-changing emotional, physical, spiritual healing, got certified as a breathwork facilitator and began teaching group workshops around the US and internationally as a expert practitioner in 2026, and I continue to integrate it into everything I do.  I started my business to invest in Human Driven Technology, like breathwork, and share it with the world.  From Shanghai to LA and everywhere in between, I’ve been around the world, reinvented myself thousands of times and enjoy coming back again and again.
